Bahaa works with Submer clients across the data centre and AI infrastructure journey, from advisory and design through power, thermal and IT integration.


He brings extensive experience in infrastructure delivery, including a hyperscale portfolio across the UAE, KSA, Italy, Spain, Finland, Sweden, and Greece, among them DAMAC Digital's EMEA portfolio.His work spans planning, construction and handover.His view on Gulf workforce readiness is grounded in delivery, not theory.


He holds a BSc in Electronics and Communication Engineering and is completing an MA in Data Centre Leadership at Anglia Ruskin University.
