Bahaa Al Janabi is the Founder and Director of Alba DC Hub, and creator of the Data Centre Planning Professional (DCPP), the first CPD-accredited certification globally dedicated to data centre planning (CPDSO Provider No. 23161, UK).
His perspective on the Gulf's workforce readiness challenge is grounded in delivery, not theory. With over 2GW of hyperscale portfolio experience across the UAE, KSA, Italy, Spain, Finland, Sweden, Greece, and Iraq, including the EMEA portfolio with DAMAC Digital, he sits at the intersection of operator-side delivery and structured capability development.
He holds a BSc in Electronics and Communication, the CDCP credential, and is completing an MA in Data Centre Leadership at Anglia Ruskin University in the UK. Based in Dubai.
