Morten Tidemand is an accomplished data center executive with more than 26 years of experience in the development, operation and scaling of mission-critical infrastructure across international markets.

As Senior Director of Operations at Khazna Data Centers, Morten oversees site operations across the company's UAE portfolio, driving operational excellence, reliability, safety and service delivery. He leads the development of operational strategies, governance frameworks and workforce capabilities to support Khazna's continued growth and expansion.

Prior to joining Khazna, Morten held senior operational roles at Meta (Facebook), where he played a key role in developing the operational frameworks, governance structures and operating models that supported the rapid expansion of its global hyperscale data center portfolio.

Throughout his career, he has helped build and scale operational organizations, supporting the industry's evolution from early-generation facilities to increasingly complex hyperscale environments. His expertise spans operational readiness, organizational development, maintenance strategy and digital transformation, with a particular focus on bridging the gap between data center design, construction and operations to deliver long-term reliability, efficiency and sustainability.

Recognized for his contribution to the industry, Morten is a recipient of a Danish Data Center Industry Award for thought leadership, acknowledging his role in advancing Denmark's data center ecosystem through industry engagement, knowledge sharing and advocacy.
