Wojciech Szewczak is Head of Strategy & Advisory at AESG, with over 12 years of experience in sustainability, ESG and climate advisory across the Middle East, UK and Europe. He leads AESG’s strategic advisory offering, supporting major organisations and infrastructure operators in navigating climate risk, decarbonisation and the transition towards more sustainable and resilient operations.

Wojciech works closely with leading data centre operators in the GCC, advising on the sustainability challenges associated with the rapid growth of digital and AI infrastructure. His experience spans ESG strategy and implementation, net zero and decarbonisation, climate risk and resilience, energy and water stewardship, and sustainability performance, with a particular focus on translating sustainability ambitions into practical business and operational action.

Wojciech is a recognised thought leader in the field, contributing to publications and speaking at global industry forums. He is a recipient of the FIDIC Future Leaders Outstanding Achievement Award and was named among the UK's 35 Under 35 in Sustainability. He holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University and Executive Education from Yale School of Management.
